| 摘 要： | 肺与大肠相表里起源于《黄帝内经》,是中医学的基本理论之一。几千年来,广大中医人对这一理论不断深入探讨和挖掘,使其从基础理论到临床不断取得新的发展,对指导中医临床起到了举足轻重的作用。近10年来,从事中西医结合研究的学者对这一理论进行了更加深入地研究,从文献到临床,从现代分子生物到免疫学,从胚胎学到内分泌学,从肠病及肺到肺病及肠等都进行了细致的研究,不断地从各个层次探讨肠与肺相关的机制,包括细胞水平、分子水平,而且还发现了各种机制间的内在联系。这些不仅为中医学"肺与大肠相表里"理论的研究奠定了坚实的基础,而且也开辟了研究新途径。总之,肺与大肠相表里这一理论经过古代以及近现代的研究有了很多新的进展,为指导中医以及中西医结合临床工作作出了突出贡献。
