| 摘 要： | 目的:评价补肾活血中药足浴治疗糖尿病下肢周围神经病变的疗效。方法:40例糖尿病下肢周围神经病变患者随机分成足浴治疗组和对照组,疗程3周,观察其临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、密西根糖尿病神经评分及足趾末梢血氧饱和度等变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率70%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);在改善症状、减轻神经功能损伤及改善末梢血氧饱和度方面,治疗组均优于对照组。结论:补肾活血中药足浴能明显改善糖尿病下肢周围神经病变患者症状,疗效较好,且该疗法操作简单、费用低廉,值得临床推广应用。
