《医学衷中参西录》多元化用药体系的启示

目的:针对临床治疗手段单一的现状,以《医学衷中参西录》所载个案为研究对象,通过对治疗方案方法的分析,以求总结多元化用药的规律,充分体现个体化治疗。方法:选择符合标准的个案,并进行数据统计,总结共性规律。结果:入选个案中药汤剂占65.96%,单味药9.12%,汤剂合单味药8.81%,食疗2.74%,中西医结合7%以及少量其他特殊疗法。结论:汤剂为主,多种方法相结合,体现了张氏用药多元化的特点。茶饮、食疗、单味药等方式简便验廉,提倡在临床中推广,以改善临床单一汤剂的方法。
