| 摘 要： | 本文对我院近五年来收治的264例臀位产进行了临床分析,并对臀位剖宫产急增的原因进行了初探。为了有效地控制臀位剖宫产,自编了十项评分法,以进行定量分析。本文还提出了将臀位剖宫产率控制在30％以内的建议和恰当地处理臀位产、减少臀位剖产率的对策。

| Abstract: | The reasons of sharp increase of the breech cesarean section were analysed. It was noted that the rate of breech cesarean section was increased amazingly during the past five years. In order to lower the rate to less than 30%, 10 item rating scale was drawn up for the quantitative analysis and for the appropriate treatment. |
