骨痛膜对兔膝关节骨性关节炎血清中SOD、NO、HA含量影响的实验研究

目的探讨骨痛膜对兔实验性膝关节骨性关节炎血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及透明质酸(HA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。方法将日本大耳白兔随机分成正常组、模型组、治疗组、对照组、基质组,除正常组外均行右股静脉结扎法造模。造模5周后各组采用相应的方法进行治疗,3周后将动物处死,取血清检测SOD活性、HA及NO的含量。结果模型组血清中SOD活性明显下降,对照组、治疗组SOD活性升高;模型组血清中HA含量明显升高,对照组、治疗组HA含量明显下降;模型组血清中NO含量明显升高,对照组、治疗组NO含量明显下降。结论骨痛膜能提高OA滑膜组织中SOD的活性,减少HA及NO的含量,抑制氧自由基对软骨细胞及基质的损害,改善关节软骨的血液循环,从而对关节软骨起到保护作用,从而防治膝关节骨性关节炎。

Empirical study of influence of Gutongmo on superoxide dismutase, nitric oxide and hyaluronic acid in serum of rabbit with knee osteoarthritis

Objective It is to approach the influence of Gutongmo on superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and the contents of hyaluronic acid(HA) and nitric oxide(NO) in serum of rabbit with experimental knee osteoarthritis.Methods The rabbits were randomly divided into normal group,model group,treatment group,control group and ground substance group.Except normal group,the rabbits were all made model through right femoral vein ligation method.After model made for five weeks,the groups were treated with homologous method.The rabbits were killed after three weeks.The serum was taken to detect SOD activity and the contents of HA and NO.Results SOD activity in serum in model group lowered obviously,but that in control group and treatment group heightened.HA content in serum in model group heightened obviously,but that in control group and treatment group lowered obviously.NO content in serum in model group heightened obviously,but that in control group and treatment group lowered obviously.Conclusion Gutongmo can heighten the SOD activity in OA synovial membrane tissue,reduce the contents of HA and NO,inhibit the damage of oxygen free radical on chondrocyte and matrix,improve the blood circulation of articular cartilage and thus play a protective effect on articular cartilage,thus can prevent and treat knee osteoarthritis.
