脑力智宝对老年性痴呆的影响

目的探讨脑力智宝对老年性痴呆(AD)的影响.方法将91例AD患者随机分为脑力智宝治疗组(46例)和石杉碱甲对照组(45例).观察两组治疗前后临床疗效,检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)等的变化情况.结果治疗组总疗效与对照组比较无显著差异,在远近记忆力、语言理解、时空定向及命令服从方面,治疗组计分治疗后显著提高,对照组仅远近记忆力有改善.治疗组在治疗后SOD上升、MDA和NO下降,均具显著性意义,而对照组仅MDA变化有统计学意义,差值比较,治疗组SOD、MDA的改变较对照组明显.结论脑力智宝可促进AD患者智能的康复,提高生活质量,其近期疗效可能优于对照组.

Clinical Study on Alzheimer Disease Treated by Naoli Zhibao

Objective To investigate the effect of Naoli Zhibao on Alzheimer disease. Method 91 patients were randomly divided into Naoli Zhibao (therapy) group and huperzine A (control) group. Therapy group 46 cases and control group 45 cases. To observe the clinical effect and examine the contents of SOD, MDA and NO before and after treatment. Result The total effect has no obvious difference between therapy group and control group. At far and near memory, language comprehend, time-space definite direction and order obey, the score improved marketly after treatment in therapy group, only the score of far and near memory improved marketly after treatment in control group. The SOD content increased and the contents of MDA and NO decreased in therapy group obviously, but only MDA content decreased has statistics meaning in control group. The contents of SOD, MDA in therapy group changed more than that in matched control. Conclusion Naoli Zhibao can promote the AD patients to get intelligence recover from illness, improve their living quantity, its near period effect may surpass the control group.
