慢性乙型肝炎住院患者希望水平与生活质量的相关性分析

目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎住院患者的希望水平与生活质量的相关性。方法对2008—2010年间在我院住院的105例慢性乙型肝炎患者进行调查,采用Herth希望因子量表和简明生活质量量表(SF-36),并分析希望水平与生活质量的相关性。结果总体希望水平为(33.9±12.5),生活质量总平均分(48.5±25.2)分。多因素Logistic回归分析的结果显示,年龄(β=-1.22,OR=0.30)、肝炎分期(β=-2.32,OR=0.10)、病程(β=-3.21,OR=0.04)和希望水平(β=2.21,OR=9.03)与生活质量有着密切关系(P<0.05),其中年龄、肝炎分期和病程与生活质量负相关(β<0,OR<1),希望水平是正相关影响因素(β>0,OR>1)。结论慢性乙型肝炎住院患者希望水平是生活质量重要影响因素,可以通过提高其希望水平来改善其生活质量。

Analysis on correlation between hope level and life quality in hospitalized patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To investigate the correlation between hope level and life quality in hospitalized patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of 105 hospitalized patients with chronic hepatitis B from 2008 to 2010 were investigated by Herth hope factor scale and condensed life quality scale [short form-36(SF-36) ],in order that the correlation between hope level and life quality would be found out.Results The overall hope level was(33.9 ± 12.5),and the overall average life quality score was(48.5 ±25.2).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age(β =-1.22,OR =0.30),hepatitis staging(β =-2.32,OR = 0.10),disease duration(β =-3.21,OR = 0.04) and desired level(β = 2.21,OR = 9.03) were closely correlated to life quality(P < 0.05).Moreover,age,hepatitis staging and disease duration were negatively correlated(β < 0,OR < 1).Hope level was a positive correlative factors(β > 0,OR > 1).Conclusion Hope level is an important factor affecting the life quality of hospitalized patients with chronic hepatitis B,so the life quality may be improved by raising their hope level.
