3～6岁儿童头发6种元素相互关系探讨

目的 :探讨 3～ 6岁儿童头发钙、锌、铜、铅、锰、铝 6种元素的相互关系 ,为儿童疾病防治、平衡营养提供科学依据。方法 :头发微量元素测定采用电感藕合高频等离子体发射法 ,所得资料采用SPSS10 .0进行多元回归及聚类分析。结果 :6种元素的相互关系除铅和锰、铅和铝呈负相关 ,其它元素之间均呈正相关 ;多元线性回归以发铅为因变量 ,发钙、锌、铜、猛、铝为自变量 ,经逐步回归筛选后进入方程的有锌和铜。结论 :6种元素中都有较好的关联 ,锰、铝、铜、铅有类似性质 ,铅和锰、铅和铝有明确的负相关关系 ,在用药、饮食、防止中毒要考虑其相关性。

Objective:Discuss the relationship between six elem en ts of calcium of,zincum,plumbum,manganese,aluminum and cuprum in children s hair in order to afford gist for prevention and cure disease ,balance nutrition.Me thod:Set out microelement in hair.Inductance coupling frequency plasma projec t.To analyse the result of experiment with regressin and clussting.result:E xpect plumbum,manganese and aluminum show negative correlation,the relationship among other elements show positive correlation;plumbum of hair is multi-lineaity regression cause variable,ahd calcium,zincum,cuprum,manganese and aluminum is i ndependent variable,Through the filtration of gradual regressin,zincum and cupru m enter the equation.Conclusion:Six elements have better connection manganes e , aluminum , cupram ,plumbum have analogous property. Plumbum and manganese , plumbum and aluminum show negative correlation,should consider relationship in using medicine,bite and sup,prevent poisoning.
