| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高度近视合并原发性开角型青光眼的误诊原因。方法：回顾性分析46例(63日艮)原发性开角型青光眼的临床特点及误诊原因。结果：高度近视合并原发性开角型青光眼误诊34例(74％)。结论：认识高度近视合并原发性开角型青光眼的临床特点，有利于该病早期诊断。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the cause of misdiagnosis of high myopia(HM) combined with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG).Methods:The clinical characatertistics and the cause of misdiagnosis of 46 cases (63 eyes ) of HM with POAG were retrospectively analyzed.Result:34 cases (74%) of HM with POAG were misdiagnosed.Conclusion:Recognition the clinical characteristics of HM with POAG was helpful to early diagnosis. |
