微创颅内血肿清除术治疗脑出血32例疗效分析

目的观察颅脑微创定向血肿清除术治疗脑出血的疗效。方法将64例患者随机分为微创组32例和内科保守治疗组32例，比较两组疗效。结果微创组总有效率（87．5％）优于内科组（65．6％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。微创组病死率（12．5％）显著低于内科组（28．1％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。入院时和治疗2周、4周后神经功能缺损评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论微创术治疗脑出血简便易行，创伤小，安全可靠，经济实用，可显著改善患者的预后和降低患者病死率，疗效可靠。
