狼毒大戟提取物不同组分对结核杆菌抑制作用的比较

目的 比较狼毒大戟根不同提取物对结核杆菌的体外抑菌效果。方法 根据狼毒大戟根化合物的极性，采用系统分离法对其进行提取，得到11种狼毒大戟根分离组分，采用改良7H10琼脂培养基22倍稀释法进行结核杆菌培养，共2周，动态观察对结核杆菌的抑制作用。结果 狼毒大戟提取物不同组分对结核杆菌均有程度不同的抑制作用，乙酸乙酯热提、乙醚冷提组分抑菌作用最强。结论 狼毒大戟根不同提取部分对结核杆菌有较明显的抑制作用，选择合适的提取方法分离其有效成分，制备成相应的制剂，对结核病的治疗有一定的应用前景。

The Inhibiting Effects of Euphorbia Fischeriana on Tuberculous Bacillus

Aim To compare the inhibiting effects of different extractions of root of Euphorbia fischeriana on tuberculosis bacillus in vitro. Methods Eleven components were isolated from Euphorbia fischeriana using systematic extraction, according to their polarity. Tuberculosis bacillus was cultured in improved 7H10 agar Medium by the two-fold dilution method for two weeks, and was observed all the time. Results All extractions tested had antibacterial activity on tuberculosis bacillus, but to different extents. Hot ethyl acetate extraction and cold ethyl ether extraction were most effective. Conclusions The extraction from different parts of Euphorbia fischeriana can inhibit tuberculosis bacillus effectively. Effective components from Euphorbia fischeriana could the separated by different extraction methods, offering a good prospect for curing the tuberculosis bacillus.
