中国树鼩下丘脑视上核和室旁核催产素能神经元的形态和神经纤维的分布

摘    要:为了证实中国树鼩下丘脑视上核和室旁核内催产素(oxytocin, OT)能神经元的形态和神经维在神经垂体内的分布,采用ABC免疫组织化学技术进行了观察。结果发现,在各核团内,OT能胞体均散在分布,大多呈圆形或卵圆形,少数呈梭形或星形。核圆形,大多偏心位。免疫反应产物弥散分布于胞浆内。分布在正中隆起(ME)和垂体神经部内的OT能神经纤维直径微细,数目少,免疫反应性弱,但有数目较多,体积较大且大小不等的OT免疫反应凝聚体和赫令体。提示中国树鼩OT能的与加压素(VP)能的胞体及神经纤维免疫反应性存在差异。

Abstract:Using ABC-immunohistochemical technique, the morphology of the oxytocin (OT)-ergic neurons in the supraoptic (SON) and the paraventricular nuclei (PVN) of the hypothalamus in Tupaia belangeri chinensis and distribution of their OT-ergic fibres in neurohypophysis were demonstrated. The results were as follows: The OT-ergic perikarya were scattered in the SON and PVN. The great majority of them were rounded or ovoid, and the minority fusiform or starry in contour. The nucleus of the OT-ergic neuron were spherical and the majority eccentrically located. The immunoreactive products were diffusely distributed in the cytoplasm. The OT-ergic nerve fibres distributed in the median eminence (ME) and the pars nervosa were thin in diameter and few in number. The OT-immunoreactivities were weak in intensity. But there wers OT-immunoreactive concretions and Herring bodies which were more in number and greater in volume in the ME and the pars nervosa, respectively. These results suggested that there were differences between OT-ergic perikaya and vasopressin (VP)-ergic one in the immunoreactivities and distribution of the nerve fibres.
