缺血预处理对兔肢体再灌注损伤作用的实验研究

摘    要:探讨止血带下肢体的缺血预处理对减轻再灌注损伤的作用。实验分对照组、短时间缺血预处理组和地塞米松预处理组,各组兔分别于松止血带前、松止血带后 10、20、40、60 min取腓肠肌测脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及超微结构观察。结果发现:对照组与预处理组间有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。提示,在长时间应用止血带前进行短时间缺血预处理和地塞米松预处理可减轻再灌注损伤。

Abstract:The effects of ischemic preconditioning on alleviateing limb ischemic-reperfusion injury following tourniquet application were investigated. Each rabbit underwent continuous tourniquet application for 3 h. The rabbits were divided into three groups: control group, short-time ischemic preconditioned group and dexamethasone preconditioned group. Gastrocnemius, taken out before tourniquet application and 10, 20, 40, 60 min after releasing of tourniquet, were subjected to the measurements of lipid peroxidation (LPO), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and ultrastructure examination. The results showed that before tourniquet application and after tourniquet deflation, there was a significant difference in LPO, SOD and ultrastructure between control group and the groups of ischemic preconditioning (P<0. 01 or P<0. 05), suggesting that the short-time ischemic preconditioning and dexamethasone preconditioning before longterm tourniquet application could alleviate the ischemic-reperfusion injury.
