银杏叶片防治冠心病患者体内红细胞膜脂质过氧化损伤的临床观察

摘    要:53例住院冠心病患者随机分为实验组和对照组,分别给予中药制剂银杏叶片(银可络)和安慰剂治疗1个月,所有患者实验前后分别检测P-Tc、P-LDLc、P-oxLDL、P-SOD、P-GSH-PX、M-Tc、M-LDLc、M-oxLDL、M-Flu、R-MDA、R-SOD水平。结果显示,①实验组用药后P-LPO、P-oxLDL、M-oxLDL、R-MDA水平明显降低(P<0.05或P<0.01);P-SOD、P-GSH-PX、R-SOD、M-Flu水平明显升高(P<0.05或P<0.01),而P-Tc、P-LDLc、M-Tc、M-LDLc水平无明显变化;②对照组实验前后各项指标水平均无明显变化。提示银杏叶片可以明显增加冠心病患者体内抗氧化酶的活性,降低血浆及红细胞膜中脂质过氧化物水平,增加膜的流动性。

Anti-oxidate Effects of Ginkgo Plus on Lipid Peroxidate-induced Injury of Erythrocytic Membrane in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease

Abstract:Fifty-three patients with coronary artery disease were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control one. Each one was respectively treated with Ginkgo plus or placebo for one month. Before and after the experiment, the levels of blood plasma total cholesterol (P-Tc), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (P-LDLc), oxidative of low density lipoprotein (P-oxLDL), superoxide dismutase (P-SOD), glutathion peroxidase (P-GSH-PX), membrane total cholesterol (M-Tc), membrane low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (M-LDLc), membrane oxidative modification of low density lipoprotein (MoxLDL), membrane fluidity (M-Flu), erythrocytic malondialdehyde (R-MDA) and superoxide dismutase (R-SOD) were measured. The results showed the levels of P-LPO, P-oxLDL, M-oxLDL and R-MDA were significantly decreased (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01), while P-SOD, P-GSX-PX, R-SOD and M-Flu were significantly increased in the experimental group after administration (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01 ). All indices had no significant change in the control group after administration. The results suggest that Ginkgo plus has a prominent effect on increasing activities of anti-oxidase, lowering lipid peroxidates of plasma and erythrocytic membrane and improving fluidities of erythrocytic membrane in patients with coronary artery disease.
