| 摘 要： | 目的 了解西安地区人群泌尿生殖道感染患中生殖磕原体（Ｍｇ）的感染现状。方法 从西安地区性病门诊收集２７４例有泌尿生殖道症状患的标本，以支原体属特异性引物通过多聚酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）进行初步筛选，阳性标本进一步以生殖支原体特异性引物作ＰＣＲ检测。结果 ２７４例有泌尿生殖道症状患中，支原体属特异性引物扩增阳性患３０例，阳性率为１１％，进一步以Ｍｇ特异性引物对３０例标本进行ＰＣＲ检测，阳性患１０

| Abstract: | AIM To investigate the prevalence of mycoplasma genitalium (Mg) in Xi'an area. METHODS Samples of 274 cases of urogenital infection were collected from sexual transmitted disease (STD) clinics in Xi'an, and were firstly detected by PCR with mixed primers specific to neisseria gonorrhoeae, chlamydia trachomatis and mycoplasma. Samples with a positive amplification of mycoplasma were further detected by PCR with Mg specific primers. RESULTS Thirty samples were positive of mycoplasma, of which 10 were positive of Mg. CONCLUSION Mg infection of urogenital tract is one of the main parts of mycoplasma infection in Xi'an area. |
