| 摘 要： | 目的考察甲磺酸帕珠沙星与维生素C注射液配伍的稳定性。方法采用紫外双波长分光光度法,分别测定甲磺酸帕珠沙星与维生素C注射液配伍前后溶液的含量变化,并观察配伍液的外观、pH。结果在室温（25℃）条件下,甲磺酸帕珠沙星与维生素C注射液配伍后0～6 h内溶液的含量、pH、外观等均有明显的变化。结论甲磺酸帕珠沙星与维生素C注射液不宜配伍使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the compatibility of Pazufloxacin Mesylate for Injection with Vitamin C Injection.Methods UV double wavelength spectrophotometry was adopted to detect the content change before and after combination of Pazufloxacin Mesylate for Injection with Vitamin C Injection.The change of the combination solution in appearance and pH were observed at room temperature.Results Sig-nificant change was found in the content,color and pH value for the mixed solution determined at different time within 0-6 h after mixing at room temperature.Conclusion Pazufloxacin Mesylate for Injection can not be mixed with Vitamin C Injection for clinical use. |
