| 摘 要： | 目的：观察大蒜素穴位注射对变应性鼻炎（AR）大鼠CIM、CD8水平的影响。方法：将36只sD大鼠造模成功后，随机分为大蒜素穴位注射组、大蒜素肌肉注射组、生理盐水穴位注射组、模型组，分别予以相应治疗，观察相关指标并进行分析。结果：经治疗，3个治疗组症状积分均明显低于模型组，且大蒜素穴位注射组最低；3个治疗组鼻黏膜切片CIM、CD8计数明显少于模型组，且大蒜素穴位注射组最少（P〈0．01）。结论：大蒜素穴位注射可以有效改善AR大鼠症状，达到治疗目的，且优于其他两组，其作用机制可能与降低鼻腔局部异常升高的CD4、CD8含量，调整失衡的CIM／CD8有关。
