急诊微创内固定治疗踝部骨折脱位300例

目的 探讨急诊微创内固定治疗踝部骨折脱位的临床疗效。方法 根据300例单踝、双踝或三踝骨折部位和类型，急诊微创操作，解剖复位，钢丝张力带和拉力螺钉单独或组合固定，早期进行功能锻炼。结果 随访281例，未出现感染、畸形、骨不连和关节僵硬等并发症；远期随访269例，除3例行踝关节融合术，其他未发生创伤性关节炎。结论 急诊微创内固定治疗踝部骨折脱位具有手术简单、创伤小、复位好、固定牢、锻炼早、愈合快、并发症少的优点，以最小的创伤获得最佳疗效，关节功能恢复快而好。

Emergency treatment of fracture and dislocation of ankle joint with minimally invasive internal fixation in 300 cases

Objective To evaluate the efforts of minimally invasive internal fixation in the emergency treatment of fracture-dislocation of ankle joint.Methods 300 patients wilh fracture-dislocation of ankle joint were classified as rnonomallrolar,himalleolar and tnmalleolar fractures,ami given minimally invasive operation and anatomie reduction immediately after admission.Their frae lure-dial oration was fixed using tension band wire or lag aerew or both.Early functional exercise was done.Results Short-term follow-ups showed no complications in 281 patients,such as infection,malunion,nonunion,or ankylosis.Of 269 patients who were followed up for more llian 3 years.3 patients received fusion of ankle joint,and the others did not present traumatic arthritis.Conclusion The emergency treatment of fracture-dislocation of ankle joint with minimally invasive internal fixation is recom-mendale,because it is simple and leas traumatic,and can give satisfactory reduction,firm fixation,earlier functional exercise:,more rapid recovery and fewer complications.
