国内各铁路局机车乘务员SCL-90量表心理测评结果比较分析

目的了解国内各铁路局机车乘务员心理健康状况，为有针对性地探究机车乘务员心理健康常摸，选拔和指导机车乘务员提供科学依据。方法采取分层整群抽样方法，选取阜阳机务段机车乘务员375人，采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对阜阳机务段375名机车乘务员的心理健康状况进行评定，并与国内各铁路局机车乘务员心理测评结果进行比较。结果与全国常模对比分析，上海局阜阳机务段机车乘务员除人际关系和恐怖因子得分低于全国常模外，其他7项因子分及总分均高于全国常模水平；各铁路局机车乘务员SCL-90症状各因子得分均高于全国常模。焦虑因子得分以郑州局郑州机务段机车乘务员最高，躯体化、强迫症状、敌对、偏执因子得分以北京局天津机务段机车乘务员最高。结论与全国常模相比，机务段机车乘务员整体心理健康状况不佳，心理健康状况差。上海局机车乘务员心理健康状况比国内正常成年人稍差，却好于北京局、郑州局、济南局、武汉局、兰州局和太原局。

Comparison and analysis on Outcomes of Mental Assessment Using SCL-90 Scale on Locomotive Crew of Several Railway Bureau in China

Objective]To understand the mental health status of locomotive crew of several railway bureau in China, so as to explore the national norm of mental health of the locomotive crew, and provide scientific evidence for locomotive crew selection and guidance. Methods] Stratified cluster sampling method was employed, 375 locomotive crew were sampled at Fuyang Section, by applying the symptom self-rating scale SCL-90） , the mental health status of sampled 375 crew were assessed, comparative analysis was made on the mental health status among different railway bureaus of China. Results ] After being compared with the national norm of SCL-90, the score on the factor of interpersonal relationship and terror was lower than the norm of national level, while the other 7 factors and their total score were higher than the scores of national norm. All the scores of SCL-90 among different railroad bureaus were higher than the national norm. The highest score of anxious factor was in Zhengzhou section of Zhengzhou Railway Bu- reau, the highest score of somzatization, obsession-compulsion, hostility, paranoid ideation was in Tianjin Section of Beijing Railwy Bureau. Conclusion] Compared with the national norm, the overall mental health status is poor, the mental health status of locomotive crew in Shanghai Bureau is poorer than the national norm, but better than the results of Railway Bureaus of Beijing, Zhengzhou, Jinan, Wuhan, Lanzhou and Taiyuan.
