| 摘 要： | 目的 评价广西癫痫患者的生活质量情况并对存在的问题进行心理干预。方法 应用癫痫患者生活质量量表(QOLlE-31)对78例癫痫患者进行研究，以问卷方式进行评估，用电话、通信、印发健康宣教资料及个别指导等形式随机选择其中39例癫痫患者进行心理干预。结果 显示广西癫痫患者生活质量明显低于正常对照组，主要表现在对发作的担心，生活满意度下降，认知功能下降，对用药的担心和社会功能下降。经过心理干预癫痫患者的生活质量有明显的提高。结论 广西的癫痫患者生活质量普遍低下，心理干预可以提高癫痫患者的生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the quality of life with epilepsy of Guangxi Province and do psychological education plus individual consultation on mental disturbance.Methods Seventy-eight patients with epilepsy were studied and tested by using 31. QOL-IE Thirty-nine epileptic patients were tested before and after the comprehensive intervention (psychological education plus individual consultation). Results Compared with control group, overall quality of life was lower in epileptic group: worrying about the seizure attacks, cognitive, side effect of anti-epileptic medication, they are unsatisfied with their lives and social functions are limited. After psychological intervention , the quality of life with epilepsy improved. Conclusion QOL was lower in epileptic patients of Guangxi province and psychological intervention can improve the quality of life with epilepsy. |
