| 摘 要： | 本文报告５例经皮球囊导管扩张治疗Ｂｕｄｄ─ｃｈｉａｒｉ综合症，介绍了这一新技术的具体操作方法、特点及适应症。该技术在造影诊断同时可以进行治疗，避免了外科手术的创伤大，死亡率高。

| Abstract: | Cases of Budd Chiari Syndrome were treated by
percutancous balloon catneter dila-tion.This paper teported the operative method special points
and indication of this therapy. During the angiog-raphy Performed for the diagnosis, This treatment
could be carried out at the some time. This therapy could diaplace the surgical operation which
had relatively high mortality. |
