复方三七纳米颗粒剂对血液流变学、凝血四项和血栓形成的影响

摘    要:目的:研究复方三七纳米颗粒剂对寒凝血瘀证大鼠血液流变学、凝血四项及FeC l3化学法小鼠血栓的影响,探讨其活血化瘀、抗凝和抗血栓作用。方法:采用注射两次肾上腺素加冰水浴的方法建立急性寒凝血瘀证大鼠模型,观察复方三七纳米颗粒剂对血液流变学及凝血四项指标的影响;观察复方三七纳米颗粒剂对FeC l3化学法小鼠血栓模型血栓形成时间的影响。结果:复方三七纳米颗粒剂能使寒凝血瘀证大鼠的血液流变学主要指标明显改善,纤维蛋白原含量明显降低,并且延长FeC l3化学法小鼠血栓模型的成栓时间。结论:复方三七纳米颗粒剂具有良好的活血化瘀、抗凝和抗血栓作用。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effects of Compound Notoginseng nano-drug on hemorheology,four coagulation indexes in blood stasis rats model,and chemical thrombosis mice model of FeCl3,discussion on his role to promoting blood circulation and removing blood,anticoagulative and antithrombotic.Methods: Epinephrine injection twice with ice water bath to produce the blood stasis rats model,observe the hemorheology,four coagulation indexes and the blocking time of chemical thrombosis mice model of FeCl3 by Compound Notoginseng nano-drug.Results: Compound Notoginseng nano-drug could obviously decrease the main hemorheological indexes and fibrinogen of the blood stasis rats model,and extend the blocking time of chemical thrombosis mice model of FeCl3.Conclusion: Compound Notoginseng nano-drug possess promoting blood circulation and removing blood,anticoagulative and antithrombotic effect.
