| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨针挑疗法治疗肩周炎临床疗效.方法:120例中应用针挑疗法治疗(治疗组)60例,电针治疗方法治疗(对照组)60例,进行临床对比研究.结果:针挑治疗组治愈率为65%,总有效率为96.7%,两者之间疗效对比,经统计学处理,有显著性差别意义(P＜0.05).治疗组无一例出现副作用.结论:针挑治疗肩周炎与目前其它治疗方法比较疗效满意.

| Abstract: | Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of scapulohumeral periarthritis treated with needle-priching therapy.Methods:In 120 cases,the treatment group with needle-priching therapy was 60 cases,while the controlled group with electro-puncture was 60 cases.The clinical controlled observation was put into practice.Results:The cure rate of the treatment group was 65%,the total effective rate was 96.7%.By statistics,compared with the effect of two groups,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Nobody of the treatment group had ill effect.Conclusion:The effect of scapulohumeral periarthritis treated with needle-priching therapy was satisfactory. |
