源首胶囊替代激素治疗婴儿肝炎综合征(附75例临床观察)

目的　观察用源首胶囊替代激素治疗婴儿肝炎综合征的疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法　我院采用源首胶囊取代激素治疗婴儿肝炎综合征 75例。并设激素治疗为对照组 75例。源首胶囊的服用方法为每次1/2粒 ,3次 /d ,共服 3周。结果　源首胶囊可促进黄疸消退 ,临床症状、体征均有缓解 ,其中腹胀、巩膜黄染表现 2组大致相同。而腹泻、吃奶差、皮肤黄疸等表现 ,治疗组改善优于对照组 ,有显著性差异 ,且未发现毒副作用。结论　通过分析益生菌对肠肝循环 ,肠道菌群生态平衡的影响及肝脏的保护作用等 ,阐明源首胶囊为辅治婴儿肝炎综合征的安全有效药物

Clinical Observation on the Infant Hepatitis Syndrome Treated with Yuanshou Capsule instead of Hormone

Objective To observe the curative effect of Yuanshou Capsule to treat the infant hepatitis syndrome instead of hormone and discuss its mechanism. Methods 75 cases of infant hepatitis syndrome were treated with Yuanshou Capsule instead of hormone as test group half capsule three times a day for 3 weeks. 75 cases were treated with hormone as control group. Results The Yuanshou Capsule had improved the relieve of jaundice and remission of clinical symptoms and signs. The sclera jaundice and abdomen distension was similar in two groups. The diarrhea, anorexia and skin jaundice were improved better in test group than those in control group significantly without side effect. Conclusion The capsule could improve the liver-intestinal circulation, keep ecological balance of intestinal bacteria and protect the liver function. It showed that this capsule might be a safe and effective drug to treat infant hepatitis syndrome.
