摘    要:目的观察旋磁场对癫痫发作的影响。方法用20mT旋磁场分别作用于海人藻酸致痫后的大鼠模型和磁疗后3~8d的氯化锂—匹鲁卡品癫痫大鼠模型,观察癫痫发作程度、潜伏期和终止时间。结果前者发作潜伏期明显延长,发作程度明显减轻;后者长疗程磁场组发作终止时间提前,与对照组和短疗程磁场组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论20mT旋磁场对大鼠癫痫发作有一定抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of rotational magnetic field on seizure activity. Methods The rats with kainic acid (KA)-induced seizure were subject rotational magnetic field of 20 mT immediately. The rest of the rats were exposed to the same magnetic field for 3~8 d first, then the li-pilocarpine-induced seizure models were established. We observed the severity and latency of seizure, and the time period of epileptic discharge as well. Results The latency of seizure in the former group was obviously elongated, the while severity of seizure was obviously alleviated. The time period of epileptic discharge after longer exposure to the magnetic field was significantly shortened, compared with the control and the shorter exposure group. Conclusion Rotational magnetic field of 20 mT can restrain seizure activity in rats.
