| 摘 要： | 目的探讨诺和灵联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病临床效果。方法选择170例患者,给予诺和灵联合二甲双胍治疗,比较治疗前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2hBG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的变化。结果治疗总有效率为82.9%,与治疗前比较,治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖和糖化血红蛋白均明显下降(P<0.05)。结论诺和灵联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病总有效率较高,降糖作用强,低血糖发生率低,副作用少,值得在临床更多应用。

Observation of Clinical Effect of T2DM Treated with Novolin Combined with Dimethylbiguanide |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of T2DM treated with novolin combined with dimethylbiguanide.Methods 170 patients were selected and treated with novolin and dimethylbiguanide,to compare the changes of FBG,2hBG and HbA1c before and after treatment.Results The total effect rate was 82.9%.Compared with treating before,FBG,2hBG and HbA1c decreased obviously after treatment(P <0.05).Conclusion It has good effect to treat T2DM with novolin combined with dimethylbiguanide,which can be widely used in clinic. |
