MMP-9和TIMP-2的表达与大肠癌浸润转移的关系

目的：探讨大肠癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-9（MMP-9）及其基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2（TIMP-2）的表达与临床病理指标之间的关系.方法：采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测108例大肠癌组织中MMP-9和TIMP-2蛋白的表达情况.结果：108例大肠癌组织中MMP-9和TIMP-2表达的阳性率分别为60.2%和25.0%;MMP-9的表达与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、Dukes分期呈正相关,与生存期呈负相关,而TIMP-2的表达则相反;MMP-9和TIMP-2的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、病理类型和分化程度均无关.结论：MMP-9和TIMP-2可作为判断大肠癌恶性程度、转移及预后的重要参考指标.

Relationship between Expressions of MMP-9,TIMP-2 and Invasion,Metastasis of Colorectal Carcinoma

Objective:To study the expressions of MMP9,TIMP-2 in colorectal carcinoma and their relationship with clinicopathological parameters.Methods:The expressions of MMP-9 and TIMP-2 in 108 cases of colorectal carcinoma were detected by S-P immunohistochemical method.Results:The expression rates of MMP-9 and TIMP-2 in 108 cases of colorectal carcinoma were 60.2% and 25.0% respectively.The expression of MMP-9 in colorectal cancers was positively correlated with invading depth,lymph node metastasis and Duke's stages,and negatively with survival time.The expression of TIMP-2 in these cases was negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis and Dukes stages,and positively with survival time.The expressions of MMP-9 and TIMP-2 were not related to gender,age,site,pathological type and degree of differentiation.Conclusions:The expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-2 may be important indexes for judging the malignant behavior,metastasis and prognosis in colorectal carcinoma.
