Abstract:As a quality control index, Ganoderma polysaccharides were determined in six kinds of culture of Ganoderma lucidum(GL) strain by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed that the content of Ganoderma polysaccharides in Japan GL strain No. 7 was the highest while that of wild GL strain E was the lowest.
