早期康复干预青年脑卒中患者的临床研究

目的　探讨早期康复干预对青年脑卒中患者上、下肢运动功能恢复和日常生活活动能力 (ADL)的影响。方法　将6 0例 <4 5岁的脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组 4 0例及对照组 2 0例 ,治疗组在患病 2～ 15d内进行正规的早期康复干预 ,对照组不给予任何指导 ,自行锻炼。结果　治疗组患肢运动功能改善及ADL积分明显优于对照组 ,且可降低并发症的发生率 ,缩短住院日 ,减少不必要的药物治疗。结论　早期康复对青年脑卒中患者的干预应成为脑卒中急性期治疗体系的重要组成部分。

The clinical study of early rehabilitation intervention on young stroke patients

Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation on recovery of limb motor function and ability of daily life(ADL) in young patients with stroke.Methods Sixty patients under 45 years were randomized into treated group (40 patients) and control group (20 patients). Normal early rehabilitation intervention was given to the treated group within 2 to 15 days after strke No extra direction was given to the control group,just exercise by themselves.Results The improvement of motor function with sick limb and ADL score in the treated group were significantly superior to those of control group,plus reduced complications rates,shortened days of hospitalization,reduced unnecessary medicine therapy.Conclusion The intervention of early rehabilitation on young stroke patients should be an important component of therapy system for acute period of stroke.
