| 摘 要： | 目的：观察双黄连及清开灵注射液溶于不同常规输液液体中的微粒情况并与空白试验相比较。方法：观察注射液与输液液体混合液中的微粒数在混合液放置时间不同时微粒产生和变化情况。结果：两种中药注射液与5％葡萄糖注射液混合液中微粒数较与0.9％氯化钠注射液中增多显著.提示：临床使用双黄连及清开灵注射液时宜采用0．9％氯化钠注射液配制。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the particles produced in compatibility of Shuang Huang Liang or Qing Kai Ling Injection with Glucose or Sodium Injection, then compare the result with that of the blank group. Method: Observing the production and changes of particles in the mixed solution at different standing time. Result: There were more distinctive particle changes in the mixture of herbal injections and 5% Glucose Injection than those in the mixture of the herbal injections and 0.9% Sodium Injection. Suggestion: 0.9% Sodium Injection is recommendable to compatibility of Shuang Huang Liang or Qing Kai Ling Injection. |
