计量诊断与计算机诊疗系统的研究进展

随着祖国医学的不断发展和完善，诊断规范化有着其必然性。证侯和证型的术语规范化是当前诊断规范化的首要内容。“证素辨证体系”和“证候要素应证组合”为中医辨证理论的统一与发展提供了新的思路。中医辨证计量诊断是中医智能化自动化的基础，现有计量模型的共同特点在于探索独立证侯与证型之间的关系，这对发挥中医的“整体观念”有一定的局限性。中医计算机诊疗系统在辨证计量诊断模型基础上，现阶段仍需依赖于专家经验和临床病案等作为诊断知识库，客观性有待进一步提高。

Study advances of quantitative diagnosis and computer diagnosis &treatment system

It＇s necessary to standardize diagnosis with development of TCM. The priority is terminology standardization of pattern. TCM quantitative diagnosis is the foundation of TCM intelligentization. There is limitation of TCM wholism because of common character of quantitative models. Improvement of TCM computer diagnosis ＆ treatment system depends on experience of experts and clinical files and objectivity need to be improved.
