家庭环境对12～16岁原发性癫癎儿童行为问题影响的研究

目的探讨家庭环境对12～16岁原发性癫癎儿童行为问题的影响。方法采用Achenbach儿童行为量表（CBCL）（家长用）和家庭环境量表中文版（FES-CV）对48例原发性癫癎儿童的行为和家庭环境进行调查,并分别与Achenbach儿童行为量表中国标准和家庭环境量表全国常模进行比较。结果癫癎儿童行为异常检出率为58.33%,明显高于CBCL中国常模（P〈0.01）;癫癎儿童家庭的亲密度（6.1±2.5）、文化性（4.0±1.8）、娱乐性（3.4±1.9）和组织性（5.3±1.7）比正常家庭明显为低,而矛盾性（3.3±2.1）和道德宗教观（6.1±1.5）明显为高;回归分析影响行为问题的因素,亲密度是造成癫癎儿童行为问题的危险因素。结论原发性癫癎儿童存在一定的精神行为问题,家庭环境是造成其发生行为问题的重要因素之一。

Study of the behavior problem influenced by the family environment in children aged from twelve to sixteen with Idiopathic epilepsy

Objective To study the behavior problem influenced by the family environment in children aged from twelve to sixteen with idiopathic epilepsy.Methods Conducted an investigation on children's behavior and their family environment on total of 48 children with idiopathic epilepsy were assessed with Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) and Family Environment Scale (Chinese Version,FES-CV).Compared the results of Achenbach children's behavior and their family environment with the Chinese norms,and the regression analyze was conformed.Results The ratio of the abnormal behavior in children with idiopathic epilepsy was 58.33% which is significantly higher than the Chinese norms(P<0.01).And the scores of cohesion(6.1±2.5),intellectual-cultural orientation(4.0±1.8),active recreational orientation(3.4±1.9) and organization(5.3±1.7) in families of children with idiopathic epilepsy were much lower than Chinese normal families.But the scores of conflict(3.3±2.1) and ethics in religion(6.1±1.5) were higher than Chinese normal families.Moreover,the status of cohesion was the significant factor influencing the behavioral problems.Conclusion The children with idiopathic epilepsy have behavioral disorders,and their family environments have important influence on the behavior problem.
