| 摘 要： | 目的：观察用MEBT／MEBO技术治疗43例严重烧伤的治疗效果。方法：全程采用湿性医疗技术治疗，其中Ⅲ度创面配合耕耘治疗；4例关节处深Ⅲ度创面晚期配合植皮治疗，面积21％-83％TBSA。结果：治愈40例；转院1例（因多器官功能衰竭转院）；家属放弃治疗1例；死亡1例，总治愈率93％。深Ⅱ度创面愈合后瘢痕少；Ⅲ度创面愈合后有瘢痕形成，但无明显功能障碍。结论：MEBT／MEBO对治疗严重烧伤效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating severe burn.Method:43 cases of se- vere burn were treated in the whole course with MEBT/MEBO.3~(rd) degree burn wounds were also treated with ploughing ther- apy.4 cases with deep 3~(rd) degree wounds in joints were subjected to skin grafting at the later stage.The burn area was 21% to 83% TBSA.Result:40 cases were cured.One case was transferred to other hospital due to multiple system organ failure. One case left the hospital before wound healing.One case died.The total curative rate was 93%.Deep 2~(nd) degree burn wounds healed with very few scars.3~(rd) degree burn wounds healed with scars but no dysfunction.Conclusion:MEBT/ME- BO is very efficacious in treating severe burn. |
