| 摘 要： | 目的 观察深部热疗辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床疗效.方法 120例胸腔积液为中等量或大量的结核性胸膜炎患者随机分为2组,每组60例,对照组采用常规治疗加微波治疗;热疗组采用常规治疗加深部热疗.治疗2周后对比2组的治愈率及总有效率.结果 热疗组与对照组相比较,治愈率具有统计学差异(P<0.05),总有效率无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论 深部热疗辅助治疗结核性胸膜炎可提高治愈率.

The effect of deep thermotherapy in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of deep thermotherapy in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy.Methods All 120 cases of tuberculous pleurisy patients which have excess massine or moderate pleural effusion,were randomly divided into 2 groups.One group was treated with conventional treatment combined with microwave therapy.The other group was treated with conventional treatment combined with tuberculous leurisy.The efficacies of 2 groups were evaluated after two weeks.Results The two groups have great difference s in cure rate not effective rate.Conclusion Deep thermotherapy can improve the cure rate of uberculous pleurisy. |
