手法结合肌力训练治疗膝骨性关节病疗效观察

目的:观察手法结合肌力训练治疗膝关节骨性关节病的临床疗效。方法:治疗组采用手法+肌力训练治疗56例,共62膝;对照组采用口服西药+肌力训练治疗60例,共67膝。利用改良Larson膝关节韧带损伤评分表的评定方法,计算症状的改善率,来评价膝关节的功能。结果:治疗3个疗程后,治疗组优良率达91.9%。在每个疗程中,治疗组优良率都明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:手法与肌力训练联合应用治疗膝关节骨性关节病,既简单又实用,其作用可相互促进,临床疗效显著。对轻、中度关节病变,既可防止病变进一步发展、加重,又起到治疗作用。

Knee Osteoarthristis Treated by Manipulation Cooperated with Exercise Muscular Power

Objective: In order to observe the clinical therapeutic effects of manipulation cooperated with exercise muscular power on knee osteoarthristis.Methods: We observed two-group patients: control group and therapy group.Therapy group had fifty-six patients treated by manipulation cooperated with exercise muscular power in all sixty-two knee joints.Control group had sixty patients treated by oral western medicine and exercise muscular power,in all sixty-seven knee joints.Results: The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated by the modified LARSON scoring method of the ligament of knee joint injury,and then calculated the amelioration rates of symptom.The results showed that the excellent-good rate of therapy group reached 91.9% after three treatment courses,and control group merely reached 52.2%.There were very significant differences between therapy group and control group in every treatment course(P<0.01).Conclusion: Knee osteoarthristis treated by manipulation cooperated with exercise muscular power were not only simple but also utility,and its action was inter-promotion,and its effects were marked.This treatment could prevent the pathological changes from further developing and aggravating for the mild and middling degree knee osteoarthristis,and had satisfactory therapeutic effects as well.
