改良式导乐陪伴结合无痛分娩模式的疗效观察

目的：观察改良式导乐陪伴结合无痛分娩模式对分娩镇痛及婴幼儿生长发育的影响。方法：选择要求阴道分娩的产妇200例,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。用SPSS 17.0分析和比较两组镇痛效果、Apgar评分,婴儿出生后3,6和12个月时返院随访,进行婴儿体格发育状况评估及Gesell测试。结果：改良式导乐陪伴结合无痛分娩组分娩效果佳,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;而两组婴儿Apgar评分、3,6和12个月时体格发育状况及Gesell测试结果比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论：改良式导乐结合无痛分娩模式镇痛安全、有效,对婴幼儿体格及智力发育无影响。

Observation of the therapeutic effect of the modified Doula delivery combined with painless labor

Objective：To observe the impact of the modified Doula delivery combined with painless labor on labor analgesia and infant growth and development.Methods：200parturient who would like to have vaginal delivery were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and each group had 100 cases.SPSS 17.0was used to analyze and compare the analgesic effect.Apgar scoring of newborn,physical development status and Gesell scoring of infant at three,six and 12 months between two groups.Results：The effectiveness of observaction group（the modified Doula delivery combined with painless labor group）was better than that of control group,the difference had statistically significant（P〈0.01）;while there were no significant differences in the Apgar scoring of newborn,physical development status and Gesell scoring of infant at three,six and 12 months between two groups.Conclusion：The delivery methods of the modified Doula delivery combined with painless labor is safe and effective,and no adverse effects on infant physical and intelligence development.
