58例癫痫患者的常规脑电图与MRS对比分析

目的：探讨脑电图（EEG）和头颅MRS对癫痫的诊断价值。方法：对我院2012年1月至2013年12月住院治疗的58例癫痫患者分别行EEG和头颅MRS检查,并对比分析两者的检查结果。结果：58例癫痫患者头颅MRS检查的阳性率77.6%（45/58）,高于EEG异常率56.9%（33/58）,两者差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：EEG和头颅MRS都是诊断癫痫的重要方法,EEG对癫痫的诊断及分型有重要意义,而MRS对难治性癫痫诊断的敏感性高于脑电图,MRS可以在一定程度上弥补脑电图在定性、定位方面的不足。

Analysis of 58 cases of epilepsy patients with routine EEG and MRS contrast

Objective：To explore the value of electroencephalogram（EEG）and brain MRS in diagnosis of epilepsy.Methods：58cases of hospitalized patients with epilepsy were carried out EEG and the head MRS examination in our hospital in 2012 January to 2013 December.Both inspection results were compared and analyzed.Results：The positive rate of MRS examination in 58 cases of epilepsy was 77.6%（45/58）,higher than the abnormal rate of EEG,56.9%（33/58）.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：EEG and MRS of the head are important diagnostic method of epilepsy.EEG has important value in diagnosis of epilepsy and its type.The sensitivity of MRS diagnosis for refractory epilepsy is higher than that of EEG.MRS can make up the deficiency of EEG in qualitative and positioning in a certain extent.
