| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨关节镜下行关节清理治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法：对30例骨性关节炎患者行膝关节镜检查，并在关节镜下行清理术。结果：随访时间为1年，治疗后膝关节疼痛缓解、肿胀减轻、功能改善。参照刘玉杰等的疗效评价方法，优良率为75％，无复发及并发症。结论：关节镜下行关节清理术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎是一种疗效好且简便的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: to evaluate the therapeutice effect by arthroscopic debridements in the treatment of the knee osteoarthritis.Methods:30 patients with osteoarthritis with pain in knee were debridemented under the arthroscopy.Results:The patients were followed-up for 1 year,The pain and swelling of the knee and difficulty in walking were significantly remitted after operation.The effective rate was 75% evaluated with Liu yu jie's method.No recurrance of complications occurred.Conclusion:The methods were simole and effective. |
