| 摘 要： | 目的观察奥拉西坦联合尼莫地平治疗血管性痴呆的临床疗效。方法将150例血管性痴呆患者随机分为3组,分别接受奥拉西坦治疗、尼莫地平治疗、奥拉西坦和尼莫地平联合治疗。治疗前后均运用简易智力状态检查量表（MMSE）积分法进行评价。结果 3周后奥拉西坦治疗组总有效率82.0%,联合治疗组总有效率92.0%,明显高于尼莫地平治疗组,各组治疗前后MMSE积分的变化有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,而联合用药组总有效率最高,MMSE积分的变化最明显,同时不良反应无明显增加。结论奥拉西坦是治疗血管性痴呆的有效药物之一,尼莫地平治疗对血管性痴呆也有一定的效果,两者联合使用能显著改善血管性痴呆患者的MMSE评分,临床疗效确切、安全。
