新法腹腔镜体内外结合治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝

摘    要:目的探讨改进的腹腔镜体内外结合治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的临床效果。方法在腹腔镜下,采用旧法与新法分别完成腹腔镜体内外结合治疗腹股沟斜疝高位结扎术102例与106例并观察临床效果。结果旧法平均手术时间15~25min,新法平均手术时间10~15min。随访12~60个月,旧法组复发3例,新法组无复发,两组均无围手术期并发症,均2~3d出院,也无睾丸萎缩等远期并发症。结论新法腹腔镜体内外结合治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝,降低了复发率,减化了手术步骤,缩短了手术时间,应成为腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝新的标准手术方式。

Abstract:Objective To improve the technique of traditional laparoscopic combined abdominal cavity inside and outside treatment of pediatric indirect inguinal hernia, and observe clinical effects of the new method. Methods Respectively, by the old and new technique of laparoscopie high ligation of hernia sac, 102 eases and 106 cases were observed different clinical effects. Results The average operation time was 15 to 25 minutes by the old method, three cases of recurrence ; Average operation time was 10 to 15 minutes by the new method, without recurrence. Both no intraoperative and postoperative complications, 2 to 3 days in hospital, without testicular atrophy, and other long-term complications. Conclusions The new technique of laparoscopic combined abdominal cavity inside and outside treatment of pediatric indirect inguinal hernia would reduce recurrence, simplify surgical procedure, and become a new standard surgical method with the treatment of pediatric laparoscopic hernia.
