| 摘 要： | 目的总结无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟复发疝的临床经验。方法回顾性分析86冽老年腹股沟复发疝无张力疝修补的临床资料。结果手术全部成功完成，平均手术时间45min。结论无张力疝修补术治疗老年腹股沟复发疝是一种理想的术式。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To summary the clinical experience of tension-free hemioplasty for recurrence inguinal hernia in the senile patients. Methods The clinical data of tension-free hemioplasty for recurrence inguinal hernia in the senile patients in 86 cases. Results All cases were operated successfully. The mean operative time was 45 min. Conclusion Application of tension-free hernioplasty for recurrence inguinal hernia in the senile patients is safe and effective. |
