良性前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的一期腔内治疗

目的探讨一期腔内治疗前列腺增生（BPH）合并膀胱结石的有效治疗方法。方法采用TURP联合输尿管镜气压弹道或大力碎石钳治疗前列腺增生并发膀胱结石32例。结果32例患者均一次性治疗成功，无输血、膀胱穿孔及水中毒等并发症发生。住院时间3—10d，最大尿流率较术前明显改善。结论TURP结合输尿管镜气压弹道碎石或大力碎石钳碎石术是治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石的安全、高效的方法。

The first stage laposcopy for the patients with BPH and bladder stone

Objective To explore the effective treatment for patients with benign prostate hyperplasia(BPH). Methods The combination of TURP and the barometric trajectory lithotomy or the bladder-inside lithotomy with the strong stone-breaking scissors were adopted to treat 32 patients with BPH and bladder stone. Results All operations were successful,and complete stone clearance was achieved in all cases. No bladder perforation,severe infection and TURP syndrome occurred. The postoperative hospitalization was 3-10 days.Qmax got much better after surgery. Concolusions The combination of TURP and the barometric trajectory lithotomy or the bladder-inside lithotomy with the strong stone-breaking scissors is a safe and higheffective therapy.
