| 摘 要： | 目的探讨无张力疝修补术在治疗上腹部疝的临床效果。方法采用意大利赫美网塞1、2补片行上腹部疝无张力疝修补术16例。结果本组患者16例中无手术死亡，术后8～12h后就可下床活动，6h后可进食水，未见不良反应。随访1～3年无1例复发。结论该补片是由一个三维网塞加圆形基底平片构成，网塞固定在平片的中央，其设计非常符合上腹部疝的病理解剖特点。所以该手术具有操作简单、患者术后恢复快、疗效确切等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the treatment result of tension-free repair epigastria hernia by using Herniamesh plug T2 . Methods 16 cases with epigastria hernia received tension-free hernioplasty by using the Italian Herniamesh plug T2 . Results After operation 8 to 12 hours this group of patients get out of bed , after 6 hours patients may drink water, no adverse reaction was found . Followed up for 1 to 3 years, no one recurrence. Conclusions This patch make up by the three-dimensional network adds the circular base bottom even piece constitution, the net fills fixes middle part in the piece , its design extremely conforms the epigastria hernia pathological anatomy characteristic. Therefore this operation is simple, the patient restores quickly and the curative effect is definite. |
