| 摘 要： | 目的通过对腹膜前间隙补片疝修补术和疝环填充式无张力疝修补术两种术式及疗效的对比，总结出两种手术方法优缺点。方法采用随机分组方法，将患者分为2组，每组24例，分别施行腹膜前间隙补片疝修补术和疝环填充式无张力疝修补术，观察两组之间疗效差别。结果腹膜前间隙补片疝修补术组在手术时间、局部异物感、伤口麻木感等方面优于疝环填充式无张力疝修补术组。结论腹膜前间隙补片疝修补术能更好地缩短手术时间，减少术后不适。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the operation type and effect of Stoppa operation and mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty in treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods 48 patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into 2 groups equally to receive Stoppa operation and mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty respectively, and the therapeutic effects of 2 groups were observed at the same time.Results Stoppa operation has advantages over mesh-plug tension-free hernioplasty in shortening operative time, reducing foreign body sensation and numbness in wounds.Conclusions Stoppa operation can shorten the operation time and reduce postoperative discomfort. |
