补片法治疗21例腹壁巨大疝临床分析

目的 探讨应用补片法治疗腹壁巨大切口疝的临床效果.方法 对2004年5月至2008年5月应用肌后筋膜前(腹膜前)补片置入法治疗腹壁巨大切口疝21例进行回顾性分析,随访3～60个月,平均32个月.结果 21例患者术后复发1例,切口感染1例,皮下积液2例,复发率及并发症率均小于文献报道.结论 肌后筋膜前(腹膜前)补片置入法治疗腹壁巨大切口疝具有复发率低,并发症少,费用低等特点,值得临床推广应用.

The treatment of giant abdomimal incisional hernia with patch:the clinical analysis of 21 case

Objective To explore clinical effect of patch repair of giant abdominal incisional hernia.Methods The clinical data of 21 cases of giant abdominal incisional hernia treated by sublay technique between May 2004 and May 2008 in the People's Hospital of Zongyang were retrospectively analyzed, follow-up periods ranging from 3 to 60 months (mean 32 months). Results One patient recurred , one patient occurred wound infection, two patients occurred seroma in total 21 patients, the ratio of recurred and postoperative complications is under the report of reference.Conclusions Sublay technique repair of giant abdominal incisional hernia is highly effective with a low recurrence rate, acceptable complication rates and low expenses; should be strongly advocated.
