| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创经皮肾镜取石（MPCNL）治疗孤立肾结石的安全性与有效性。方法2005年8月至2007年8月，利用MPCNL技术治疗孤立肾结石8例。8例均为单通道取石。结果结石完全清除，术后肾功能正常，无严重并发症。结论MPCNL治疗孤立肾结石安全、有效，同时具有创伤小、恢复快等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the safety and feasibility of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy （MPCNL） in treating solitary kidney calculi. Methods To investigate the clinical results of 8 cases with solitary kidney calculi treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy from August 2005 to August 2007. Results All cases were achieved by one - stage minimally invasive pereutaneous nephrolithotomy. Single tract was used for all cases. No major complications occurred in these cases. Conclusions Mini- mally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy is safe and effective in treating solitary kidney calculi with less trauma and shorter convalescence. |
