| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工合成补片修补腹壁切口疝的有效方法。方法回顾性分析2004年3月至2008年9月经我院诊治的34例腹壁切口疝患者的临床资料。其中10例行肌筋膜前置补片修补法（Onlay），22例行腹膜前置补片修补法（Sublay），2例肌间置补片修补法（Inlay）。结果34例均痊愈出院，无严重并发症，随访1—54个月，Onlay组复发2例，Sublay组复发1例，Inlay组复发1例。结论Sublay治疗腹壁切口疝复发率低，是治疗腹壁切口疝的理想方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss clinical effective methods of repairing abdominal incisional hernias with mesh.Methods Thirty-four cases of abdominal incisional hernia were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from Mar.2004 to Sep.2008. 10 cases were repaired with Onlay,22 cases with Sublay and 2 cases with Inlay.Results The cases were all cured, and had no serious postoperative complications.Among all cases followed up during 1～54 months, 2 cases recurred in the group of Onlay, each 1 case recurred in the group of Sublay and Inlay. Conclusions Sublay is a lower recurernce rate method,thus it,s considered as a satisfactory mode of the repair on abdominal incisional hernias. |
