| 摘 要： | 目的总结补片修补腹壁切口疝的临床经验。方法对我院2003年2月至2007年8月收治的40例腹壁切口疝临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组全部使用补片行切口疝修补术。术后患者无严重并发症，均痊愈出院。38例获得随访，均无复发。结论补片修补腹壁切口疝是一种安全、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical experiences of patch repair on abdominal ineisional hernia. Methods The clinical data of 40 cases of abdominal incisional hernia treated in our hospital from February 2003 to September 2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Result All cases were healed and no severe complication happened, 38 cases were followed up and no recurrence during 1-4 years. Conclusion Patch repair is an ideal surgical procedure for abdominal incisional hernia. |
