输尿管硬镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石疗效分析

目的探讨输尿管硬镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法采用输尿管硬镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石共185例200侧。结石位于输尿管上段22侧，中段37侧，下段141侧。结果输尿管上段、中段、下段结石碎石成功率分别为45．4％、81．1％、97．2％。手术并发症发生率为1．5％。结论输尿管硬镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管中下段结石安全有效，损伤小，可作为治疗输尿管中下段结石的首选方法。

Pneumatic lithotripsy via rigid uerteroscopy for the treatment of ureteric stone:Report of 185 cases

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of pneumatic lithotripsy via rigid uerteroscopy for the treatment of ureteric stones. Methods Clinical data of 185 cases with 200 sides of ureteral stones treated with ureteroscope and pneumatic lithotrpsy were reviewed. Among them, 22 cases were proximal ureteral calculi, 37 cases were middle ureteral calculi and 141 cases were distal ureteral calculi. All patients were followed up with B type ultrasonography or intravenous urography for 1 to 3 months after surgery. Results The stone-free rate was 45.4% in the proximal, 81.1% in the middle and 97.2% in the distal ureteral calculi respecitvely. The overall complication rate was 1.5%. Conclusions Pneumatic lithotripsy via uerteroscopy is a safe, effective and less invasive treatment and it is optimal option for the middle and lower ureteral stones.
