输尿管硬镜钬激光治疗输尿管息肉的临床分析

目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光治疗输尿管息肉的有效性和安全性。方法应用输尿管硬镜钬激光治疗45例共46侧输尿管息肉患者，其中输尿管上段息肉29例，中段息肉10例，下段息肉6例，合并输尿管结石38例。术后病理均证实为输尿管息肉。结果术后随访6～12个月，肾积水程度均减轻，患肾功能得到明显改善，无一例复发。结论输尿管镜钬激光技术治疗输尿管息肉安全、有效、创伤小。

Clinical analysis of ureteroscopic holmium laser for managing ureteral polyps

Purpose To evaluate the efficiency and safety of ureteroscopic holminum laser for managing ureteral polyps. Methods Ureteroscopic holmium laser was used to treat ureteral polyps of 46 sides in 45 cases, including upper of 29 cases, middle of 10 cases, and distal of 6 cases. Of them 38 cases were combined with ureteral calculi. The pathological diagnosis was confirmed to be benign polyp of the ureter. Result Hydronephrosis of all patients decreased in 6 to 12 months＇ follow-up postoperative and the renal function were improved significantly. None of the patients relapsed. Conclusion Ureteroscopic holmium laser is a highly effective and safe therapeutic option for the treatment of ureteral polyps.
